What is Peak Hard Hat?

This standard peaked hard hat conforms to EN 397, ensuring effective protection from head injuries on-site. The hard outer shell deflects debris, with the front peak adding extra protection to the forehead and eyes.

The ratchet fitting comes with a foam sweatband for added comfort and moisture absorption. A customisation option with your logo or branding is available.

FAQ

What’s the point of the peak on a hard hat?

The peak helps shield your eyes from sunlight, dust, and debris that fall from above. It’s also handy for outdoor work where glare or light can be distracting while you’re on site.

Can the peak block my view when looking up?

It can slightly reduce upward visibility, which is why some workers prefer micro-peak versions for overhead tasks. For general or ground-level work, a standard peak offers the best balance between protection and sightline.
