What is Micro-Peak Hard Hat?
This lightweight micro-peak hard hat conforms to EN 397, ensuring effective protection from head injuries on-site. It has a smaller design with a compact peak that shields the forehead and eyes from falling objects and low-hanging obstacles.
The ratchet fitting comes with a foam sweatband for added comfort and moisture absorption. A customisation option with your logo or branding is available.

How often should I replace my hard hat?
Most hard hats last around three to five years, but that depends on how much they’re used. Replace it ASAP if yours has been exposed to sunlight for long hours, dropped, or hit by anything. Keep an eye on cracks or signs of wear as well.
Can I reuse the suspension if the shell is damaged?
No. If the shell takes a hit or shows cracks, replace the entire hard hat. The suspension might still look fine, but the overall protection is already compromised.
