What is Tuffcard?
Tuffcard is a tougher, hard-wearing version of a regular cardboard, designed to protect floors and surfaces. Not only does it provide protection from paint splashes and spills, but it is also thick enough to withstand medium foot traffic and light impact damage.
Tuffcard’s flexibility can also be used on worktops and tabletops, making it a practical choice for various applications.

- Material: Made from recycled kraft paper that’s durable enough for floor protection and is recyclable after use.
- Scratch protection: Designed to resist scratching and scuffs, helping maintain cleaner surfaces during site use.
- Liquid-resistant: Partially resistant to liquids, including spills and splashes, and reduces moisture soak-through beneath the Tuffcard.

Light Kraft paper is the most durable and heavy-duty option. It is twice as thick as builder’s paper due to increased sulphur and decreased lignin content during production. It's much more durable and resistant to piercing than other alternatives, and Tuffcard exemplifies these qualities.

The 550 micron roll weighs 12kg, while the 750 micron roll weighs 15kg.
