What is Safegard® Scafwrap Zip Door?
Safegard® Scafwrap Zip Door is a self-adhesive zip that turns a section of shrink wrap into a door-like access point. It adheres well to the film, and the zip opens fully. This leaves no threshold to step over, so it’s safer and more convenient to move through.
This product is designed for external use and is good for sealing off construction areas, outdoor storage, or protecting entrances during renovation work.

How to install Scafwrap Zip Door?
Stick the zip door onto your finished shrink wrap by peeling off the adhesive cover and pressing it down where you want the opening. Use a cutter to slice through both the shrink wrap and the zip. Only apply after shrinking is complete.
Will the zip door hold up in windy or wet site conditions?
Yes, as long as it’s applied to a clean, properly heat-shrunk surface. The adhesive will hold, and the zip remains functional.
