What is a Nano-tag Kit?
This nano tagging system includes 20 holders, 20 inserts, 40 cable ties, and one black marker. Perfect for providing site personnel with information on the safety and usability of scaffolding and other parts of the worksite.
This kit is good for equipment with minimal attachment areas, like fire extinguishers or portable tools. The waterproof design meets health and safety regulations and ensures easy-to-read labelling, even in wet conditions.
KEY FEATURES
- All-in-one kit: It includes everything you need for labelling in one pack, perfect for try-outs before scaling across the site.
- Inspection tracking: Each insert fits into the holder and records inspection dates, equipment ID, and service details. The compact design makes it easy to maintain accurate checks even on small tools and equipment.
- Waterproof design: The tags don’t get damaged by rain or damp conditions. Information stays readable even when equipment is exposed to rain, spills, or damp.
Good for:
- Tagging tools and equipment
BENEFITS
- Simple and instant check: You simply place each record insert into the equipment, and it shows important information without the need to take the tag out of its holder.
- Easy setup for small tools: The nano-tag kit provides a simple way to label and track tools with limited attachment space, reducing mix-ups during checks.
- Flexibile fixing: The holders can be attached with cable ties or split rings. This gives you options to fit them on different types of equipment.

The holders can be reused as long as they remain intact. You only need to replace the inserts when inspection details change.

If an item can fit a cable tie or a split ring, a nano-tag can be attached to it. It’s mostly designed for small equipment with limited attachement space.
