What are Scaffold End Caps?
Scaffold End Caps fit onto the end of a standard-sized scaffolding pole to cover its exposed ends. They feature a highly ribbed design that gives the cap better traction to stay in place. This provides a snug cover that reduces the risk of protruding ends that workers or passersby might come into contact with.
These caps are made from lightweight, reusable material. Available in yellow for improved visibility for site personnel and the public.
Material
Made from durable plastic that resists impact knocks and exposure to outdoor conditions.
KEY FEATURES
- High visibility: The bright yellow colour makes the cap highly visible on site to improve scaffold safety awareness.
- Lightweight: Lightweight plastic construction keeps each cap easy to use and quick to put in place.
Good for:
- Increasing visbility of joint ends
- Protecting the general public and site personnels from injuries caused by bolt ends
BENEFITS
- Improved edge protection: Scaffold end caps create a smooth, rounded pole end that lowers the risk of injury if someone bumps into the scaffold.
- Minimised wear on adjoining parts: Scaffold end caps add a cushioned interface at the pole ends, and this helps limit friction against adjoining materials over time.
OTHER GENERAL NAMES
Scaffold tube end caps, scaffold pole end caps, scaffold safety caps, or scaffold pipe end covers.

FAQ
Do scaffold end caps stop injuries from sharp tube edges?
Yes, they do by covering the cut ends so hands, arms, and clothing don’t get caught.
Do scaffold end caps fall off easily?
No. When fitted, they grip the tube, and their size gives a snug fit on most standard scaffold tubes.
