What is Safegard® CLASSIC Debris Netting?
Safegard® CLASSIC Debris Netting is made from UV-stabilised polyethylene monofilament mesh. This material resists weathering and maintains dependable performance throughout its intended use. It’s lightweight, so it’s easy to handle and put up, but tough enough to catch falling materials and reduce wind loads on low-level scaffolding. Suitable for short- to medium-term projects.
KEY FEATURES
- Material: Made from polyethylene monofilament mesh treated to resist UV degradation.
- Weather-resistant: The mesh structure and UV-protected material don’t wear easily in sun, wind, or wet conditions.
- Airflow: Air moves freely through the small holes, which helps lower wind load on the scaffold while maintaining a barrier against dust and debris.
- Lightweight: Easy to handle and put up, but tough enough to catch falling materials, including rubble, materials, or even a person if needed.
Good for:
- Construction sites with low-mid wind load
- Construction sites with falling debris
- Blocking off areas
- General use such as gardening nets, etc.
- Increased brand awareness and retention on-site
BENEFITS
- All-round protection: The knitted mesh design of the Safegard® CLASSIC debris netting allows air to pass through while containing debris falling from heights, as well as keeping workers and pedestrians (or anyone passing near the site) safe from falling objects.
- Minimises public disruption: This debris netting helps keep debris and dust contained within the work area, reducing mess around pedestrian paths or roads.
- Site safety compliance: Used alongside other safety measures, the CLASSIC debris netting supports meeting health and safety standards on active construction sites.
